BSF INVESTIGATES BATTERY FAILURE IN THE WORX GT GRASS TRIMMER AND EDGER

Blue Stephens & Fellers LLP is investigating consumer complaints about the battery function of the Worx GT 18 Volt Grass Trimmer and Edger (including model WG151.1).

Despite the manufacturer’s representations that the trimmer’s lithium ion battery can sustain a charge long enough for a user to edge the perimeter of a football field twice, several consumers allege that the battery completely fails after only 5 to 20 minutes.
